Job Duties: | Directs and coordinates, through its team members activities concerned with sales production utilizing knowledge of the industry. Confers with management personnel to establish sales production and quality control standards. Develops budget and cost controls for its department’s operation. Plans and directs sales activities of its account executives based on identified target revenue. Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to improve product and/or service quality and developmental activities for its sales team. Conducts hearings to resolve or effect settlement of grievances and refers unresolved grievances to management. Prepares departmental budget congruent with the sales and marketing activities. Monitors and evaluates team’s performance based on agreed Specific Objectives laid down at the start of each fiscal year. Recommends sales, marketing and customer service policies for the continuous development of the department. Oversees rates and credit extensions are properly communicated. Submits needed reportorial requirements on agreed schedules. Identifies target sales revenue every year to serve as a backbone of sales and marketing activities. Coordinates sales, marketing and customer service program and activities to other departments in attending to client’s needs and requirements. Formulates sales objectives, goals and strategies in coordination with Corporate Offices, other CTSI stations, and other operating departments, Monitors and evaluates activities through a sales plan based on identified timeline such as weekly, monthly quarterly, semi-annually or annually whichever is most effective. Represents the company in business organization gatherings. Develops annual marketing and advertising plan utilizing tri-media in coordination with the Corporate Communication and Corporate Affairs Group. Reviews and Approves Sales Quotations, and amendments, customer inquiries and sales reports for input to management for direction and analysis. Ensures that customer requirements, comments and claims are properly attended to and in a timely manner. Coordinates with the different operating departments any claims or complaints brought about by service failure in order to find appropriate solutions and action plans for it not to be repeated. Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the position or his/her immediate superior. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or any Business course and at least several years of managerial work experience are required as well as an extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain and freight brokerage. Must have his/her own reliable transportation. Can work flexible hours. Must be able to meet monthly sales targets and have extensive contacts in various industries. Proficiency in freight forwarding, shipping and household goods operations are a must. Must be familiar with freight forwarding software. |
