Job Duties: | Develops and ensures compliance by all departments with hotel credit policies. Assess collection risk of all clients applying for credit with the hotel and make recommendation for amount of credit that should be extended by the hotel. Maintain regular contact with accounts with receivable balances to ensure currency are collected in line with hotel credit terms. Delivers exceptional service to both the internal and external customer in line with the company principles. Develops, communicates and monitors compliance by all departments with hotel credit policies. Processes all applications for credit facilities by clients and make recommendation for amount of credit to be extended by the hotel. Monitors the special billing arrangements for groups and conventions as required to ensure that postings are in line with customer contracts. Reconciles Master accounts for in house conferences daily where appropriate. |
