Job Title: | Accounts Receivable Supervisor |
Job Duties: | Ensures compliance by all departments with hotel credit policies. Processes and issues accurate invoices to hotel clients on a timely basis. Processes client & credit card payments on a timely basis, ensuring allocation within the hotel receivable ledgers is accurate. 6. Monitor compliance by all departments with hotel credit policies. Monitor the special billing arrangements for groups and conventions as required to ensure that postings are in line with customer contracts. Reconcile Master accounts for in house conferences daily where appropriate. 7. Assist the Credit Manager where necessary in the collection of overdue accounts to ensure receivable balances remain within hotel credit terms and approved credit limits. Assists the Credit Manager in reviewing city ledger balances to identify any short payments by clients. Investigates and take necessary follow up action, including timely processing of any rebates required after approval is obtained. Reviews daily credit card charges in hotel city ledger against daily paperwork to ensure in balance and appropriate card holder signatures have been obtained. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's degree in accounting required. 2 years experience in accounts receivable management. Knowledge in Hotel Property Management Systems. Strong Excel skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Observes confidentiality. |
