| Job Duties: | Responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards. Responsible for cleaning the hotel premises, outlets, function rooms, offices and public areas according to the established standard by the hotel. Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel. It involves, but not limited to making the beds, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet. While cleaning the room, verify that all the proper condition and order of functioning and report to Supervisor or Team Leader any items that need repair. Maintain to the highest standard of cleanliness at around cluster assigned which is veranda, entrance, hallway and stairway. Inventory guest room amenities, mini bar, guest room linens and guest room operating equipments. Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned. Keep abreast of hotel products and services knowledge in order to answer guest questions and request. Answer all guest questions/request in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions if needed, refer the matter to the relevant persons to handle. Submit linen order for next day. Complete in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork. Management of equipment and room amenities. Keep all areas neat and clean. To perform other duties as assigned. |
