| Job Duties: | Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that the physical condition of the building inside and out does not deteriorate, by doing carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, grounds keeping, appliance repair and electrical wirings; knows standard practices and use of variety of hand and power tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities and cleaning and general maintenance work inside and outside facilities. |
