Job Duties: | Must oversee and ensure compliance of all restaurant and hotel standard operation procedures and established policies. Develop plans and strategies to increase outlet revenue and increase customer satisfaction. Develop departmental training and provide training to all outlet staff to improve staff skill and performance. Oversee the cost effective and efficient operation of all outlets. Prepare annual F&B budget and monthly reports to ensure effective control of F&B costs. Oversee the overall operations of all restaurants and bar outlets. |
