Job Duties: | Execute and monitor strategic marketing plans, both short and long range, to achieve Hotel’s objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share. Statistically analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Provide post-event reports, analysis and regular status reports on marketing programs to the General Manager. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations, evaluating operating budget to actual expenses and revenue. Develop and present to management or Executive Directors, implement and manage marketing program, public, media and community relations, policies and strategies, player development, marketing services and guest services to accomplish strategic positioning, and strengthen Hotel’s reputation within the market. Must maintain awareness of factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel’s customers. Will be responsible for coordinating marketing strategies especially with Korean market. Coordinate promotional activities to meet customer needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there. Update and manage Hotel’s website, edit/translate/post English-Korean blogs, promotional vouchers, notices and rules/policies. Do other tasks and duties as assign from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism or any related field. Four years’ experience working in managerial position, marketing, advertising, and/or promotions fields. Fluency in English-Korean writing and communication is a must. Possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills, analytical and creative thinking skills, and superb communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet work deadlines, Valid CNMI driver license and original Police Clearance required. |
