Job Title: Janitor and Cleaner
Job Duties: Proper use of all cleaning equipment and safe use of chemical cleaners.Clean the lobby, passageway, gardens, guest rooms, kitchen and swimming pool.Clean walls, ceilings, lighting, floors, air conditioning ducts, as well as brass and stainless steel equipment.Polish and wax the floor and ground surface.Clean sofas, carpets and so on in the lounge.Clean glass and mirrors in the public areas and offices.Keep the lobby clean at all times, empty ashtrays more often, and straighten up sofas.Regularly wax the wooden furniture and mirror frames.Clean bathrooms, clean the ground and counter surfaces at any time, remove odors, timely add toilet paper and liquid soap and check electrical equipment.Keep the living room reception desk and the housekeeping center neat and trash.Clean the passageway carpet at night.Proceed with guest registration and check-in procedures, collect deposits, and assist guests in signing a security agreement when guests check in.Meet guests’ dietary needs during their stay. Refund deposits and assist guests in going through check-out procedure when guests check out.Report the required cleaning supplies and equipment to the headquarters in order to apply for procurement.Report abnormalities or maintenance problems to the butler in time.Hand over items left behind in public areas by guests to the villa butler in time.Clean up the debris in flower pots in time and water them.Kill insect pests in public areas. Carry out and effectively complete other tasks arranged by your superior.
