Job Duties: Keep hotel in clean and orderly condition, maintain or landscape grounds of the hotel property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: swimming pool cleaning, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, assembling and repairing furniture or floors. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending power generator and water heaters, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning debris from sidewalk.
Qualification Requirements: The beneficiaries are multi-skilled in building and landscaping maintenance, which they have gained through work experience this field for more than two (2) years.

"The employer may voluntarily offer the three-fourths guarantee but it is not required as a condition of placing a job order to be filed in connection with an H-2B application pursuant to 20 CFR 655.5. Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.)."
