Job Duties: | Lead tour groups, drive vans or limousines, advise tour members of local interest points and prepare and present tour commentaries. Maintain customer’s personal and emergency information; complete written reports of daily activities and a log any incidents should they occur. Provide guests with information about the logistics of their stay and accommodation for their trip. Act as key point of contact with the hotel for the guests’. Ensure guest tour welcome pack is prepared and ready for their arrival. Provide status reports to management after the completion of each tour to ensure the provision of a customer focused service including meets 1st class standards. Maintain written reports of daily activities and carry out other administrative work. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Need anywhere from a few months to a year in Tour Guide experience. Preferably one that has good oral and written communication skills in Chinese. Experience with delivering all tour activities in Saipan. Exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver service to high standards. Up to 8 hours standing/walking may be required for one tour. Must be able to work well remaining calm under pressure, and be a team player. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, which include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support high volume of guests.Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Education Most occupations in this zone require training in vocational schools, related on the job experience, or an associate's degree. Related Experience Previous work related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
