Job Title: Executive Director
Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program management. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, or sales. Direct administrative activities directly related to providing services. Prepare staff work schedules. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they are efficiently and effectively provide needed services with budgetary limits.
Qualification Requirements: Must have 30 years experience in Casino. 3 to 5 years experience as a General Manager. Must have Bachelor's Degree. Good Management, Communication and Organizational Skills. Excellent Customer Service. Japanese Korean language (speak, read and write) preferred. Must be flexible in working hours.
