| Job Duties: | Tests plumbing system for leaks, inspect sewer system for accumulation of oil or hardened wastes. Dig into walls, concrete, sewer or drainage to find the source of leak or malfunction. Unclog toilets, sink, and pipes. Replace sinks, toilet bowls and pipes if non-repairable.Clean sewer system if required. Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts. Assembles fittings and valves for installation. Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets. Receives plumbing complaints from tenants or units owners and fix the problem.Understand and follow the building plumbing system. Diagnose defects of sewer system.Talk or coordinate with CUC or wastewater provider. Prepares report for maintenance supervisor. |
