| Job Duties: | Operates, arranges and coordinates activities of workers engaged in conducting marine & land tour activities for Korean,Chinese & Japanese tourists. Observe staff performance on tours to assure conformance with company standards, handle pre-arrange package tours & activities surrounding in-bound tours, have the ability to Carry out activities numerated in the package tour. Prepares reports on tour activities, corresponds with other Tour Operators in Korea, Japan & China. Prepare exit and arrival schedules, must be able to formulate, organize & execute an attractive and competitive tour package in Korea, Japan and China, to be sold in those places. Perform other related duties assigned by the Employer. |
