| Job Duties: | Performs general accounting from entry of customer payments, credit card charges, check disbursements. Analyze customer account receivables, Performs bank reconciliation and reconciliation of other general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly BGRT, monthly withholding tax deposits, monthly electronic fund remittance for FICA taxes. Prepare quarterly report for Employers' Withholding taxes return and Employers Federal Tax return. Prepare financial statements on a timely basis. Analyze the company's result of operations for management's decision making. Prepare year end financial statements. |
