Job Duties: | Manages the human assets and oversee all aspect of general office coordination. Works with the managing director of group human resources; oversees the human resources database, ensure that system records are accurately recorded and cross checked; conducts research, compile data and prepares for presentation; maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, corporate records and agency information. Creates and modifies documents such as memorandum, letters, invoices, reports, etc. Makes all travel arrangements for executive management and staff vacation or home trip. Enters new hire information in the HR system database. Ensures that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures. Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers and new hires. Ensures that EEO reporting functions are up to date and in compliance with federal and local regulations. Process employment verifications, and other employment documents requested by the employee. Prepares recruitment lists and job openings. Computes and records all payroll data as scheduled. Maintains payroll records in compliance with local and federal laws. Provides payroll information regarding adjustments in pay. Tracks and resolves all HR and payroll matters. Train new employees; supports department or division for applicable trainings and/or seminars, for personal or professional growth. Supports staff and department in assigned project based work; communicates to staff company events for participation and coordination. Manages project team activities. Develops, coordinate, communicate complete projects on time and budget to be able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives. Works with the administrative team to meet all clerical duties associated with HR responsibilities. Overall responsibilities include but not limited to planning, assigning and directing human resources and administrative works; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Other HR related duties may be assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration degree, at least two years experience in a management capacity. With fair understanding and knowledge of federal and local labor laws. Able to conduct HR training and seminars for employees, supervisors and/or department heads. With strong communication skills and experience in software applications such as MS office outlook, MS Word Processing, MS Excel spreadsheet; Phoenix Phive system or Kronos for payroll database; with valid CNMI driver's license. Must be willing and able to travel whenever necessary. |
