| Job Duties: | Directly manages three stores in Saipan. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in the operations department. Manages operations to ensure workflow and operational excellence in restaurant sales. Develops operational goals and plans, monitor and communicate with management team for the operations performance. Work collaboratively with supervisors to update on products, formula, prices, promotions and all other sales materials. Provides monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, inventory, food costs and productivity level of each store. Manages and monitor the team performance,to ensure development and training through Subway web-based courses, in compliance with Subway international standards. Manages all food quality and customer service related reports, including up to investigation and resolution of each complaint. conducts an inspection of food and food quality, food preparation and product codes to ensure and maintain food quality standard, including up to sanitation. Keep the store in compliance with all other applicable labor and local laws. Other duties assigned. |
