Job Title: ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
Job Duties: Assist the sales manager in planning, organizing, and implementing strategy. Responsible in identifying new sales opportunities and increasing the existing sales accounts. 2) To assists in leading sales team in achieving sales target. Ensuring consistent provision of excellent customer service and built rapport.3) As an assistant sales manager, he works as an assistant to the sales manager to help him to meet the targets, motivate the sales team in an attempt to improve the sales index in the interest of the organization. He will devise strategies and ways to encourage the sales team to perform.4) Ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of service and support 5) Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the store 6) Complete paperwork associated with cash receipts and deposits, prices and conduct physical inventories within company’s expectations 7) Meet assigned sales goals and metrics 8) Set appropriate individual performance standards for the store in line with national standards set by wireless retailer store 9) Develop, implement and monitor a store prospecting plan to increase sales 10) Facilitate and participate in weekly staff training/educational sessions 11) Establish and monitor store work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses 12) Exhibit a high level of leadership presence within all aspects of the business 13) Analyze various business reports for trend analysis and strategic planning purposes 14) Effectively manage a team of retail store employees, including coaching, administering discipline, etc. 15) Recruiting candidates for various positions within the store 16) Coaching, training, developing, motivating and inspire their teams. 17) Controlling payroll budget and scheduling staff efficiently 18) Communicating with the Sales Manager on a regular basis regarding employee performance, sales, and new ideas 19) Ensure a high level of operational excellence and store standards. Qualification Requirements: Must have a College Education, at least a few months to one years in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in Mobile phones business . Selling cellphones experience required. Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile channel (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users) Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multi tasks effectively Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management. Demonstrated customer service and sales experience with wireless mobile or another quality retailer• Team-based work ethic with leadership potential Computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Basic Knowledge in Manually Programming GSM Phones, B2B wireless Standard knowledge a PLUS!! Have the ability to drive and develop a new mobile phone market with passion and intensity Excellent customer service and selling skills Self motivated and enthusiastic team player that can lead by example Strong training and professional development skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks and delegate as necessary Goal oriented and competitive telecommunication experience would be an advantage.
