| Job Duties: | Responsible for making sure that the restaurant outlets runs smoothly at all times. Handles customer complaints, recruiting new staff and providing training for them. Is able to interpret P&L statement. Ensures safety and health regulations are met at all times. assists the service staff during busy times. organizes advertising campaigns for Resort guests. Ensures restaurant is adhering to its budget. Prepares monthly revenue reports. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least one (1) year experience as a restaurant manager in a full service hotel or high volume restaurant is required. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. Good problem solving and organizational skills are needed. Requires the ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Ability to speak Japanese, Korean or Mandarin Chinese is preferred. Must be able to work flexible schedule including early morning hours, weekends, nights and holidays. |
