| Job Duties: | Prepare detailed structure drawings and topographical relief maps, utilizing knowledge of building materials, architectural and engineering practices, and mathematics to complete drawings. 2.Provide field verification services to complete the as-built drawings. 3.Research construction information and document findings. 4.Review plans, make constructability comments, and coordinate with the Project Engineer. 5.Attend project progress meetings. 6.Trained in computer-aided drafting design (CADD) techniques and programs. 7.Analyze designs, prepare sketches and provide detailed drawings and documentation for projects. 8.Ability to read and understand construction documents. 9.Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures. 10.Ability to apply systems thinking to identify new ways of accomplishing tasks. 11.Ability to work independently as well as in a group. 12.Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines. 13.Must be able to accommodate multiple project assignments. 14.Proven and applied knowledge of appropriate codes, laws and regulations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture. Similar related work experience may be used to substitute Bachelor’s Degree. 2.Computer and Internet literate, Auto CAD, AutoCad Civil 3D, Microsoft Word and Excel. Employee is contingent upon successfully passing reference check and criminal background check. 4.Employee must have at least three years of related previous work experience. The Architectural and Civil Drafter is a non-exempt position under FSLA regulations. 5.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk for approximately 40% of the time, required to use hands, hands to finger tools or controls and talk or hear.
