Job Title: VEHICLE & GLASS COATING TECHNICIAN
Job Duties: 1.Set up, operate, or tend machines to coat or paint any of a wide variety of products. 2.Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections. 3.Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as necessary. 4.Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas, using automated paint mixing equipment. 5.Operate auxiliary machines or equipment used in coating or painting processes. 6.Remove materials, parts, or workpieces from painting or coating machines, using hand tools. 7.Hold or position spray guns to direct spray onto articles. 8.Prepare and apply stencils, computer-generated decals, or other decorative items to finished products. 9.Paint small items and perform touch-up painting, using paint brushes. 10.Transfer completed items or products from machines to drying or storage areas, using handcarts, handtrucks or cranes.

Qualification Requirements: 1 Preferably one to two years experience or previous work related skills & knowledge is required. 2.Required ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness. 3.Have knowledge on measuring ingredients or substances to be used in production processes. 4.Have ability and knowledge to operate painting or coating equipment. 5.Have experience in adjusting equipment controls to regulate flow of production. materials or products. 6.Can detect and inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. 7.Have knowledge in measuring dimensions of completed products or work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
