Job Duties: | Slaughter livestock according to State & Federal law, regulations and standards. Specialized knowledge in slaughtering animals, meat cutting standard or premium cuts for marketing and wrapping meats. Supervise butchers or meat cutters and the overall butcher’s operation and meat packaging process. Remove bones, cut, trim, skin, sort and wash viscera of slaughtered animals to separate edible portions from offal. Shave or singe, and wash them in preparation for further processing or packaging. Record quantity of meat received, issued, and keep records of meat sales, live animals purchases and operating expenses. Negotiate with representatives from companies to determine order details. Estimate requirements and order or requisition of meat supplies to maintain inventories. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of a few months to 1 year work related experience. Familiar with beef & pork meat cuts and pricing. Must have knowledge in basic arithmetic, invoicing, petty cash reconciliation and other monetary transactions. Must be honest, thrust worthy and has no criminal or theft records. Must know the principles and processes for providing excellent customer services. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet work deadlines. Must be physically fit to be able to handle all kinds of strenuous work. Valid CNMI driver license and original Police Clearance required |
