Job Duties: | Direct and may participate in the preparation, seasoning and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts or other foods. May plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standard and regulations. Check the quality of the raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies such as food and ingredients. Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food. Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation. |

Qualification Requirements: | 1-2 years working experience. Can create different kind of dishes. Knows how to make different kind of desserts. Certification from previous employer. Willing to work from flexible to flexible schedule including Sundays and Holidays. Willing to report early time for preparation. Drug test and Police clearance is required upon pre employment.
