| Job Duties: | Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems, operate efficiently, or the physical condition of building does not deteriorate. Inspect, operate or test machinery of equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them. May occasionally perform administrative duties such as reports and presentations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of one or two years work experience as a handyman preferably in a hotel or in a similar large building or complex with central plant. Willingness to work outside if necessary in inclement weather. Must be able to carry and lift heavy objects. Possession of a valid driver's license is essential. Performs work involving skills or two or more maintenance craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair. Must be able to work a variable schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends |
