Job Duties: | • Greets customers, patrons, or visitors with a “WARM HAFA ADAI SMILE”, offers a shopping basket and assists customer with their wants or needs , helps/walks the customer to locate or obtain merchandise; and assists customers in resolving their complaints • Describe/Demonstrate merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers • Initiates/Recommend products or services to customers (Suggestive Selling) • Operate Electronic Point of Sale (POS) Cash Registers and other electronic sales equipment • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers with minimal or no errors • Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment • Gives full attention and answers customer questions regarding the store goods and/or services • Prepare sales slips and/or any sales related transactions • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices • Maintain accurate records related to sales transactions; reconcile records of sales or other financial transactions such as cash register receipts • Receives and properly tags store merchandise(s); and participates in scheduled store physical inventory • Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items, account for store items delivered/removed from store inventory • Explain technical product or service information to customers and promotes free Hotel Delivery Program to customer • Observe customer traffic shopping flow during store operations • Differentiate store items with similar appearances such as by color and description details • Climb store merchandise ladder to reach for overhead store merchandise stocks or displays and/or to clean overhead windows or shelves • Display, organize, restock, and bring forward merchandise on store item shelves • Lift up to 30lbs of store item boxes for storing or stocking • Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners • Diligently observes customer presented identifications during sales transactions • Diligently distinguishes currencies from real/counterfeit and initiates the necessary sales precautionary actions • Helps maintain overall store and assigned section cleanliness • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor |

Qualification Requirements: | This position is customer specific. Applicants preferably with 4+ years of retail customer sales experience with Korean language speaking skills is preferred. Must have good command of cash handling, basic computer skills, and experience with Retail Store Point of Sale (POS) Dynamics AX. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Applicant must be food handler certified. |
