Job Title: Store Manager
Job Duties: Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting or firing workers when appropriate. Assign employees to specific duties. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Plan budgets and authorize payments and merchandise returns. Prepare detail sales and operations report to upper management. Promote store outlet and items on company managed social media platforms. Manage store purchases from approved vendors. Design and organize store floor for product attraction and placements.

Qualification Requirements: Applicant must be friendly, approachable, and with great people personality to interact with a diverse retail customer population with at least 7+ years of retail business management and product buying and selection experience. Applicant must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of arithmetic, statistics, and their applications in the retail business environment. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training. Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records. Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practices in relation to retail business operations. Must be knowledgeable with retail POS Microsoft Dynamics AX. Must be knowledgeable on the usage of numerous social media platforms for store and product promotions. Good command of foreign language skills is preferred to communicate or translate store and products information to a diverse retail customer population. Applicant must be flexible, willing, and able to work under pressure and flexible to work hours including weekends and holidays.
