Job Duties: •REPORTS TO STORE MANAGER AND FOLLOWS COMPANY OPERATIONAL PLANS AND GUIDELINES THAT PROMOTES STABILITY AND GOOD BUSINESS REPUTATION FOR BOTH CUSTOMERS AND SALES TEAM INCLUDING ADHERENCE TO COMPANY OPERATING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES; OPENING/CLOSING OF ESTABLISHMENT INCLUDED • MANAGE STAFF, INCLUDING CASHIERS AND FLOOR TEAM WORK SCHEDULING AND MAXIMUM FLOOR OPERATIONS COVERAGE IN ALL WORK SHIFTS FOR IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES AT ALL TIMES • ENSURE PRODUCT PRICING IS CORRECT THAT MEETS BUSINESS SALES GOALS AND OBJECTIVES • WORK ON STORE DISPLAY THAT IS CREATIVE AND INSPIRING FOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER APPEAL • COMMMUNICATES WELL AND TRAINS STORE SALES ASSOCIATES IN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMOTES GREAT TEAMWORK ENVIRONMENT WHILE INSPIRING CREATIVITY IN THE WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT • PREPARES UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION QUARTERLY EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS • ASSISTS STORE MANAGER TO IDENTIFY CURRENT AND FUTURE PRODUCT TRENDS THAT APPEAL TO CUSTOMERS; ORGANIZE, DIRECT, AND PLAN STORE ACTIVITIES/OPERATIONS, STORE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE SALES GOALS, OBJECTIVES, AND PROFITABILITY ARE MET • ENSURE MERCHANDISE IS CLEAN, PRICED, AND WELL DISPLAYED • MAINTAIN ACCURATE INVENTORY LIST TO ENSURE STORE ITEMS SELECTED ARE IN STOCK • ASSISTS STORE MANAGER IN CLOSE MONITOR OF FLUCTUATING SUPPLY AND DEMAND OF STORE ITEMS, INCLUDING PRODUCT PURCHASING DECISIONS • ACTS AS A ROLE MODEL AND MOTIVATOR/COACH ENSURES ADHERANCE TO STANDARDS FOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AMONGST ALL SALES ASSOCIATES TEAM • MONITOR LOCAL COMPETITORS WITH STORE MANAGER • MAINTAIN STORE’S CLEANLINESS AND HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR BOTH EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS • OVERSEES AS ASSIGNED BY STORE MANAGER NUMEROUS SECTIONS WITHIN THE STORE • HANDLE CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES

Qualification Requirements: Must have strong computer literacy skills, have experience in the usage of retail point of sale Dynamics AX including POS merchants transactions sales terminals; must be a people oriented person with good and approachable people skills; strong command and ability to communicate English both orally and written; must have strong literacy and comprehension ability of the operations of a retail business environment; Bilingual language skills in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean is preferred; ability to work under stressful and time sensitive operational goals and timelines; have the capacity to prioritize, manage, and organize a diversified sales team to meet business sales goals and objectives; must be team oriented in a very diversed working environment with numerous cultures associated with the retail business environment, must have the capacity to make management decisions when situations are presented that requires customer immediate decision and attention.
