Job Duties: | Direct and may participate in preparation, seasoning and cooking of salads, soup, fish, meats and vegetable dessert or other food. May plan and price menu items, order supplies and keep records and accounts. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standard and regulations. Check the quality of the raw or cooked food products to ensure that standard are met. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies such as food ingredients. Instruct sookd and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food. Supervise or coordinate activities of cookd or workers engaged in food preparation. |

Qualification Requirements: | 2 years working experience as a head cook. Certification from previous employer. Can create different menus and dishes. Must a skill as a head cook or cook instructor. Knows how to make different kind of dessert. Willing to work from flexible to flexible schedule including Sundays and Holidays. Drug test and Police clearance is required upon pre-employment.
