| Job Duties: | Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food. Train workers in food preparation, in service, sanitation and safety procedures. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. In-charge in customer reservations. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities, participate serving in dining area. Estimate ingredient and supplies required to prepare a recipe. May order supplies/ingredients need or buy directly to the store. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Do other related duties as assigned. |
