Job Title: MANAGER (SCUBA DIVING)
Job Duties: Manage and coordinate the Dive Activities of the Company. Prepare schedule of dive instructions and dive tours based on customers desire. Coordinate with tour agents and boat operators for the transfer of clients to dive sites. Prepare daily activities report for company. Perform other related duties. Positions requires the ability to read and write Japanese language
Qualification Requirements: Minimum of two years of actual work experience as a Dive Shop Manager. Must posses a current SCUBA Dive Instructors Certification from a recognized SCUBA instruction school. Must be able to read and write Japanese language preferred. ONet: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous workrelated skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job. Job Training Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both onthejob experience and informal training with experienced workers.
