| Job Duties: | Job Duties: Lead the freight forwarding & logistics activities in effort to optimize operational efficiencies in coordination with all the departments. Monitor and analyses cost and prepare operational budgets for both air and ocean freight shipments to maintain acceptable profit margin. Ensure that smooth operations and logistics function is geared to provide on time pick-up and delivery of products and exceed service level. Ensure continuous improvement by way of implementing best practices in logistics, warehousing and inventory management. Ensure adherence to all safety and security policy and procedures. Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate all employees. Assigns work to all staff and sets deadline to ensure timely completion of work as required. Extensive knowledge in Cargo Sales and Operations.Demonstrable ability to lead and mange staff. Must have 5 years and above experience in International Freight Forwarding and Logistics firm. |
