| Job Duties: | Understanding of pre sales engineering process and sales process knowledge and experience with installation, configuration and trouble shooting of imageware, E-Copy network and scangear IR toolbox, image publishing and Laserfiche. Proficient understanding of installation configuration maintenance of manufacturer firmware of Canon and Konica Minolta MFD's. Proficient understanding installation, configuration, maintenance and trouble shooting of LAN. Proficient understanding of computer networks and associated wired and or wireless connectivity. Demonstrate strong written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to discuss technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including executive level decision makers. |
