| Job Duties: | Directly supervise and coordinate operational activities of staff who are engaged in task of recycling tires. Supervise, monitor and direct staff who are safe working environment by confirming with safety procedures and equipment used. Plan work schedules and assign duties of staff to maintain effective performance. Monitor and review the work process of recycling tires to ensure completion of work efficiently. Check and inspect specifications of materials load and unload for conformance to specification to work orders and packaging for shipping. Supervising workers and giving them instructions on separating different types of metals into groups. Loading of materials that has been collected and categorized. |
