Job Duties: Directly supervise and coordinate operational activities of staff who are engaged in task of recycling tires. Supervise, monitor and direct staff safe working environment by confirming with safety procedures and equipment used. Plan work schedules and assign duties of staff to maintain effective performance. Monitor and review the work process of recycling tires to ensure completion of work efficiently. Check and inspect specifications of materials load and unloaded for conformance to specification to worker orders and packaging foe shipping. Supervising workers and giving hem instructions on separating different types of metals into groups. Loading of materials that has been collected and categorized.
Qualification Requirements: At least a few months to 1 year work experience in tire recycling operations. Recycling training certificate from the recycling Corporation.
