Job Title: Baker
Job Duties: Check product for quality and identify damaged or expired goods. Set oven temperatures and place items into hot oven for baking. Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending, or cooking machinery. Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in production oven or grills. Set time and speed controls for mixing machines, blending machines, or steam kettles so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions. Bake variety of bread products. Check daily production schedules and orders before starting production. Perform daily condition check and maintain equipment and machines as necessary. Roll, knead, cut, and shape dough to established standards. Apply glazes, icings, fillings, or other toppings to baked goods using spatula or brushes. Other duties as required.
Qualification Requirements: Must be a high school graduate. Received formal training or certificate in baking or food processing. At least 1 year work experience in commercial baking. Must be able to stand for a very long period of time. Ability to work in a flexible work schedule including early morning, late evening, weekends and holidays. Must be dependable with a liable transportation. Must be able to work with little to no supervision. Must be in good physical condition.

Three-fourths Guarantee 655.18(b}{17}:

"The employer may voluntarily offer the three-fourths guarantee but it is not required as a condition of placing a job order to be filed in connection with an H-2B application pursuant to 20 CFR 655.5. Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.)."
