Job Title: General Manager
Job Duties: This position is responsible for successfully leading, managing, and growing MRE’s residential program in Saipan and the CNMI. The General Manager will demonstrate a combination of entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership, and possess the ability to optimize processes and people to achieve maximum profitability and Sales quotas for Micronesia Renewable Energy, Inc.-CNMI The General Manage will conduct himself to the highest standards of integrity and honesty by taking personal ownership of the Saipan Operation Center and always represent MRE with the highest degree of integrity, discretion, and honesty to the community of the CNMI. Strategies, goals, quota’s and customer base will be reviewed weekly with the Chief Operations Officer of MRE. The General Manager will be directly responsible to achieve quota’s set by the Chief Operation Officer of MRE, by overseeing the Sales, Administration, Construction and the Warehouse departments in the CNMI Operations Center. The General Manager will grow and manage each of these departments and meet these quotas established by the COO of MRE. The General Manager will work directly with our marketing department to help increase our sales and visibility in the market place of the CNMI. The General Manager will work directly with the CFO of MRE to develop sales, pipeline and quota spreadsheets of the sales process for accounting purposes and sales accounts The General Manager will work directly with the CFO of MRE to develop spreadsheets for the accounting of this operation center in all faucets of the operation, this position to be directly responsible for the day to day operations, work flow, accounting, overseeing contracts administration, construction, warehousing and customer relations. The General Manager will attend a weekly company meeting with the COO and CFO to establish goals and agendas set by the Executives of MRE The General Manager will achieve assigned financial objectives set in place by the COO and the CFO of MRE. The General Manager will conduct market research and analysis to determine the best marketing and media approaches ensuring that MRE is always the leader in our Industry and develop first to market strategies beating our competitors to market. The General Manager will oversee the Construction department making sure that all of our projects are within budget and on schedule, ensuring our customers experience exceeds their expectations of our company. The General Manager will work with the warehouse department ensuring that material quotas are adhered to, ensuring the construction teams have the proper material, tools and safety equipment to complete our projects on time and efficient.
Qualification Requirements: Candidate should process Good computer skills, and be proficient in word, excel, and power point Has an accounting or financial background Has held a position with at least 3 years of managerial experience A people person, and someone who works well in a team environment Is capable of developing daily tasks for their team and making the team accountable
