Job Title: Dealer I, II, III
Job Duties: • Acknowledges, greets and converses appropriately with customers who approach the Pit area. • Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting and paying bets. • Ensure game speed is both comfortable for the Player but within the requirements of the company. • Able to take direction from the Supervisor or above. • Protects the integrity of games through game protection and follows appropriate procedures. • Reads, verifies and signs appropriate documents when necessary. • Has a working knowledge of the properties facilities or can direct a Players query to the Supervisor. • Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by gaming customers and take appropriate action to correct the situation within established guideline and procedures. • Analyze customer play for possible cheating, scams, counters, or other unusual play and take appropriate action. • Support card room operations including but not limited to reception, inventory, shuffling, delivery, and destruction of cards during an assigned shift at the direction of the Card Room Supervisor. • Ensure the working environment is keep clean and tidy and Players are receiving a high level of service from all relevant departments. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • High School graduate or equivalent. • Dealer III – Successful completion of Dealer Academy or equivalent direct experience. • Dealer II – Possess 2 years working experience in catering to Chinese, Korean or Japanese clients. Dealer I – Possess 3 years working experience in catering to Chinese, Korean or Japanese clients. • Previous games dealing or excellent customer service experience preferred or willingness to be trained. • With Card Room experience is an advantage • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • The Company has a 24-hour operation, the employee must be able to work on a rotating shift schedule. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team • Initiative to entertain customers and enthusiastic to work. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). The ability to speak Mandarin Chinese or another Chinese dialect is preferred, Japanese or Korean are a plus. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
