Job Title: Pit Supervisor I, II, III
Job Duties: • Administer an efficient operation of assigned table during work hours while ensuring the highest quality customer service exists. • Maintain security of all assigned games, monies and personnel. • Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by Pit employees or gaming customers and take appropriate action to correct the situation within established guideline and procedures. • Analyze customer play for possible cheating, scams, counters, or other unusual play and take appropriate action. • Coach and develop Dealers under their control. • Perform all administration duties, i.e. update headcounts etc. in a timely manner. • Ensure the working environment is kept clean and tidy and Players are receiving a high level of service from all relevant departments. • Implement and assure compliance with company policies and local laws. • Resolve customer complaints. • Always presenting oneself as a credit to company and encourages others to do the same. • Remains vigilant as to any unusual behavior of employees and/or guests notifying management immediately of irregularities. • Support card room operations including but not limited to supervise the efficient and secure operation of the card and dice storage room including reception, inventory, shuffling, delivery, and destruction of cards. • Maintain security of all cards, dice and personnel during an assigned shift. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • High School graduate or equivalent. • Pit Supervisor III – Minimum of one (1) Year dealing experience required and more than one game skill preferred, excellent customer service skills required. • Pit Supervisor II – Minimum of two (2) Years dealing experience required and more than one game skill preferred, excellent customer service skills required. Managerial skills in Asia Pacific will be an advantage. • Pit Supervisor I – Minimum of three (3) Years game dealing experience required and more than one game skill preferred, excellent customer service skills in 4-5 star Resorts/Hotels/Casinos required. Managerial skills will be an advantage. • With Card Room experience is an advantage • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Computer Skill: Proficient in using the table management system to note down the multi - customers’ betting records. • Able to handle multi tasks such as noting the rolling records, rating records and monitoring the table activities at the same time. • The Company has a 24-hour operation, the employee must be able to work on a rotating shift schedule. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
