Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Duties: 1.Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager in daily restaurant operations 2.Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, trains, reviews and evaluates assigned restaurant staff; 3.Monitors restaurant operation and the provision of sequence of service is achieved; 4.Delegates and oversees bartending, kitchen supervision and server duties; 5.Oversees banquet operations; 6. Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments; 7.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements: 1.Need anywhere from a few months to a year of work related experience in restaurant supervisory experience in an American Casual Restaurant 2.Performing duties which require bending & reaching 3.Must be knowledgeable in using the MICROS POS system 4.Standing or moving, for up to 8+ hours 5.Maintaining a well-groomed appearance (“having a plan”) 6.Following all uniform guidelines 7.Practicing all safety & sanitation standards 8.Recycling products, where possible 9.Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere 10.Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense of urgency 11.Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers 12.Maintaining HRC’s 5 core Values and Mission Statement
