Job Title: Cement Mason
Job Duties: Must apply knowledge of concrete and mortar products and mixtures to desired consistency. Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete such as floors, walls, sidewalks, roads or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints. Mix mortar or grout and pour or spread on marble slabs, stone, wen laying blocks, or setting tiles. Special wage rate: Work to be performed on DPRI-funded projects will be paid no less than $14.27 per hour / $21.41 overtime rate, but may be paid more where special Davis-Bacon Act rates apply.
Qualification Requirements: 1 year experience as a cement mason required. Successful applicant must be able to obtain military base access. Off-island hires must complete a health screening prior to working in Guam. Employees are required to take and pass a substance abuse test after hire.

"The employer may voluntarily offer the three-fourths guarantee but it is not required as a condition of placing a job order to be filed in connection with an H-2B application pursuant to 20 CFR 655.5. Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.)."
