| Job Duties: | Responsible for the effective management and operation of the hospital-wide infection prevention and control program for the prevention and control of infection and communicable diseases, and the development of policies and procedures including its implantation to ensure a system for identifying, reporting, investigating and controlling infections and communicable diseases in patients and personnel. Coordinate infection control program and works in collaboration with all department heads in order for infection control efforts to materialize and be monitored for compliance. Consults and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, implement and evaluate patient care plans. |
