Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Workers, General
Job Duties: Maintain the buildings and grounds, including painting, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, gardening, etc. Arrange security, prepare and clean the Church before or after mass and other events. Perform work involving maintenance occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of the establishment always in good running condition. Duties may involve repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and balancing the equipment; repair building floor, stairs and grounds of the Church. Perform routine preventive to ensure that machines and other Church equipment continue to run smoothly, and are operational. Inspect, test, repair and maintain electrical equipment and tools in good running condition. Clean-up store room ground and 2nd floor and take inventory of tools and machines. Assist Pastor, staff and parish volunteers in their general maintenance needs. Perform other duties and responsibilities of similar nature as instructed by the Pastor.

Qualification Requirements: Can drive and can do electrical and carpentry for repairing and trouble shooting. Also, must have critical thinking skills, attention to details and self-motivation.
