Job Title: Landscaping Worker
Job Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Must be able to landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools. Must obtain at least 3-6 months of experience with excellent knowledge, possess safe workplace ethics, authentic, dependable and with a positive attitude toward the job and customer. Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these qualifications.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 3-6 months of work experience. Work days will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
