Job Title: Assistant Cage & Count Manager
Job Duties: •Assist the Cage & Count Manager by effectively overseeing and managing all Cages and Count Cashier areas within the property •Establish Casino Cage & Count Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team’s guidance and reference in handling new activities, tasks and/or services impacting casino finance.•Finance representative outside normal business hours •Work closely with other internal departments to ensure all gaming Guests' needs related to credit and cash are handled efficiently and accurately •Resolve disputes within capabilities •Handle and solve any concerns and questions customers may have •Raise issues to superior as the need arise •Participate in the strategic development of the department •Ensure all Cages are operating at an exceptionally high standard •Ensure that Cage & Count policies and procedures are well executed with zero tolerance to variance and supervising Cage & Count department team members •To review manning and workloads and to ensure allocation of staff to effectively meet business demand •Determine manpower requirements and approves schedules •Delegate tasks and responsibilities as required •Oversee the confidentiality of all gaming records •Be aware of all relevant governmental regulations and comply with them •Evaluate and counsel team members in order to maintain and enhance operations of the Cage & Count department •Act as a role model and always present oneself as an asset of Imperial Pacific and encourage others to do the same •Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies •Deputize in the absence of the Cage & Count Manager when required •Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. •Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •High school degree required, college degree or equivalent in related field preferred •2 years experience in Casino or Cage operations in a well-known/ 5-star Casino or VIP Junket •1 to 3 years in a shift manager's capacity in Cage operations •Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage •Must have experience with gaming regulations relating to cash and credit, and an intricate knowledge of all facets of Cage operations •Maintain a working knowledge of various casino policies and procedures •Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team •Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to department and company policies •Must have excellent computer skills with a good knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages •Accurately count and verify banks when necessary •Able to recognize and develop high potential team members •Effective delegation skills •Troubleshooting skills to minimize problems and effectively correct and manage errors •Provide outstanding guest service by being consistently helpful and courteous to all Guests •Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift •Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
