Job Title: Project Manager
Job Duties: •This position will be responsible for managing all projects assigned from the Vice President of Design, Development and Construction and the Assistant Director of Projects. •This position will assist superior set-up corporate satisfaction’s requirements for the project delivery; Assist superior to lead a team of professionals to support on all assigned projects •Provide overall project management and technical support to ensure the project can be delivered with required corporate standard, quality and timeline. Responsible for project planning, scheduling, execution, construction monitoring and advising as well as designing and implementation of the quality control system for the assigned projects. •Duties include planning, organizing, and developing quality control policies, supervising site staffs in implementing the policies to attain the standards. •Reviewing and improving the system from time to time to ensure the project quality meets with the corporate and statutory requirements. •Maintain regular and frequent contact with external consultants to ensure that any designs, plans and changes are in sync with the designated overall vision of the project. •Responsible for overseeing the design, planning and operations concerns of the projects. Master of construction planning and sequence of works including detailed site planning and logistics. •Carry out regular site inspection to check and ensure the construction program and qualities are in alignment with the defined overall schedule. •To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits •Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent working experience •Experience in supervising construction projects; Three (3) years or above relevant experience involving in large-scale development projects. •The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary •Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents •Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards •Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. •Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. •Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. •Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. •Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. •May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
