| Job Duties: | Performs any combination of light cleaning for company's building establishment, executive housing or corporate offices. Complete daily or weekly routine cleaning tasks and maintenance of the executive housing and provide related services to corporate properties and facilities which include the following: Dust window blinds and rearrange draperies to its placement; clean rugs and carpets, curtains and draperies using regular, easy operated vacuum cleaner and shampooer; sweep mop and polish non-carpeted floors, vacuum hallways, stairs and office cubicles; sweep and clean parking lot space of the corporate office; empty waste bins and dispose trash to designated receptacles; wash and clean the bin before placing trash bag replacements; maintain bathroom and pantries cleanliness after use and stock them with supplies such as paper towel, toilet tissue, liquid hand soap and air freshener; wipe and clean glass windows, walls and doors of the office; notify manager when cleaning equipment needs minor repair or broken that needs replacement; notify manager when cleaning equipment need replenishment; other cleaning duties maybe assigned. |
