Job Title: Director of Relationship Marketing
Job Duties: • Develop long-term sustainable business relationships with corporate and business unit executives • Improve staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; mentoring team members. • Develop sales strategies and service offerings that enable new opportunities for business and revenue growth • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and DVDs • Liaising with designers and printers • Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials • Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations. • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations • regarding communication strategy surrounding them • Handle the administrative task related to the collection of related initiative • Translate documents and meeting minutes as required • Attend meetings to translate the discussions • Make an effort to inform customers how much they are appreciated. • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate in all areas of the company. • Have effective customer monitoring technologies in place. • Perform other related duties as assigned • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree holder in related stream •Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline is an advantage. •Previous marketing management experience is highly preferred. •Proven ability to work remotely and independently. •Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of customer services or project/event related. •Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. •Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. •Written and verbal communications, presentation and translation skills •Excellent communicator, with experience of public speaking and good interpersonal skills •Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English preferred. •Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable •Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
