Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Duties: •Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports, including: Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.•Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.•Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options. •Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. •Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. •Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. •Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. •Securing financial information by completing data base backups. •Maintaining financial security by following internal controls. Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. •Answering accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. •Complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. •Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. •Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential. •Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. •Other related duties. •Supervise Accountant •Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •Very knowledgeable in Accounting and Corporate Finance, - Excellent Reporting Skills, -Must have Attention to Detail, - Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills. •A bachelor's degree in accounting; equivalent degree may be considered. •At least 4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. •Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
