Job Title: Assistant Vice President - VIP Marketing
Job Duties: •Determine and evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and use authorization to approve intermediate amounts of allowance (room, food, beverage, events tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare or discounts). •Assist the Assistant Director or superior to manage daily administrative and management duties of the department. •Drive incremental business and maintain customer base to support increasing the property’s customer development efforts. •If authorized, grant intermediate amount of marker authorization limits to qualifying customers. •Evolve a player development skill set by engaging new and inactive customers. •Assist in critical business decisions regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps while managing customers to profitable levels. •Lead monthly communications with property to include reviewing and refining monthly property memos with follow up items and new recommendations. This will be the primary vehicle through which the role gives direction to the property. •Work with internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. •Work in conjunction with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives and on property personnel to assist and facilitate qualified in-house casino customers. •Consult with centralized analytics team on intricacies of gaming data, initiate ad-hoc requests for follow up analysis, vet design to meet requested needs based on strategy, knowledge and desired outcome. •Support documents translation and memo preparation in both (Chinese & English). •Maintain highly confidential casino customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies. •Foster creations of customer development culture throughout the casino through strategic efforts and teamwork. •Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc) •To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits •Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •Proven ability to work remotely and independently. •Must have a minimum of 4 years’ casino marketing experience, with demonstrated casino marketing management experiences. •Previous experience leading a team in casino marketing field. •Excellent customer service skills. •Ability to lead and mentor a team. •Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. •Bachelor’s degree holder or above. •Financial planning skills, able to budget and to manage expenditure •Preferable Ability to speak and write in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) •Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
