Job Duties: | Execute and monitor strategic sales & promotional plans, both short and long range, to achieve Hotel’s objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share. Statistically analyze sales programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Provide post-event reports, analysis and regular status reports to the General Manager. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations, evaluating operating budget to actual expenses and revenue. Develop and present to management or Executive Directors, implement and manage sales & promotion program, public, media and community relations, policies and strategies, player development, marketing services and guest services to accomplish strategic positioning, and strengthen Hotel’s reputation within the market. Must maintain awareness of factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel’s customers. Update and manage Hotel’s website. Do other tasks and duties as assign from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Pls refer to O.net Job Zone for the minimum qualification. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism or any related field. Minimum of 4 year experience in managerial position, advertising, and/or promotions fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office, promotional, blogging, brochures/flyers design software. Possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills, analytical and creative thinking skills, and superb communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet goal target. Must be able to secure CNMI driver license. |
