Job Duties: | Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order the students for whom they are responsible. Instruct students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations; adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students varying needs and interests; establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students; communicate and meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and to determine priorities for their children and their resource needs; Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play. Guide and cousel students with adjustment or academic problems, or special academic interests. Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. Attend and participate in parent/teacher meetings; professional development programs. |

Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for (3) Elementary Teacher. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30PM; 7 hours per day. (3) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work.
